PAYMENT
We accept Direct Credit to our Bank Account (Goods will be dispatched after goods have been cleared by the Bank)

We only sell and deliver in New Zealand
SHIPPING
Delivery time frames are estimated as below depending on which delivery method is chosen:
NZ North Island - 2 - 3 working days
NZ South Island - 2 - 4 working days
Freight cost is calculated at the shopping cart.
We use courier for up to 8 cases of Product and after that will send the freight by Bulk freight on a Pallet. For Bulk Deliveries, please advise if you require a Tail Lift on the truck – due to lack of Forklift.
There is an automatic track and trace service, which we provide as part of our customer service, with your order.
A receipt is kept for the purposes of insurance by Aquasplash Limited should any parcel go missing or is damaged.
We endeavour to ensure all products will be sent out within 24 hours of purchase and all emails responded to on a daily basis.
RETURNS
Any returns must be made within 7 days from the point of delivery, and must be done with prior approval from Aquasplash. (See Returns Policy page for more details)
If Aquasplash determines the product is received back in good saleable condition, they may refund any costs involved in returning the product at their discretion. (See Returns Policy page for more details)
The product/s must be in saleable condition and all original packaging.

Whilst all care is taken with maintaining and operating this website Aquasplash has the right to rectify any errors without liability.
PRIVACY
Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our server or in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway being DPS which uses secure encryption.
