HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER BE DESPATCHED?
We will endeavour to process and despatch your order if received before 12.00pm on the same day that we receive it. During the Summer months orders may be delayed until the following day because of heavy demand.
To speed up the process please ensure that you complete your address as thoroughly as possible. Please ensure that you advise your Rural Delivery Number if you have one.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?
We send up to 8-9 cases by Courier. Above that quantity, we use a bulk freighter.
HOW IS THE FREIGHT CALCULATED?
The freight is calculated per case. When you place the order, depending on the quantity of cases, and area, the shopping cart will advise your freight calculation.
If you are a Rural Delivery, please email us, as this varies considerably.
DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?
No.
CAN I TRACE MY ORDER?
Yes, Please remember that we aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it. This does not mean that your order will be delivered in 24 hours - although if you are lucky if could be!!
