RETURNS POLICY
You may return any item for a refund or exchange, within 7 days of receiving the shipment, if still in re saleable condition.
Before you return the goods, please contact us at (07) 883 3985, or ruth@aquasplash.co.nz. We will need to document why the goods are to be returned
FREIGHT DAMAGE
Upon receiving the product, please ensure that you inspect the outside of the box for any obvious damage.
If you do find damage, please advise the courier and ask them to wait, while you assess the damage. Please write a description of the damage on the consignment note, or courier document. You may refuse to accept delivery of the goods.
Once you have signed for the goods, this means that you have received the goods in good condition, and we cannot make a claim on the freight company, if the goods are later found to be damaged.
INCORRECT GOODS RECEIVED
If you believe you have been delivered an incorrect product. Please contact Aquasplash either by phone (07) 883 3985, or by email ruth@aquasplash.co.nz. We will be happy to exchange these at our cost.
CHANGED MIND
If the goods have been correctly ordered and delivered, the return freight is the customers cost and there may be a re-stock fee charged of 15% to cover any administration cost. The product(s) must be in a resalable condition, with no damage to the outside of the packaging or inner product.
REFUND PROCESS
Refunds are issued either by cheque or credit card within 10 - 20 business days of receiving your return, if received in original packaging.
